The annual <br />monitoring system certification, leak detector and spill container testing were due on 03/2022 and was <br />completed on 04/27/2022, one month past due. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The owner and operator of underground storage tank (UST) systems shall comply with <br />all requirements of the permit issued for the operation of the UST system. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately take all necessary actions to ensure testing is performed in a timely manner. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by 05/27/2022. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($152).
