Julio Razo was listed as the <br />primary contact is no longer at the facility since December of 2021. The new primary contact an environmental <br />contact is Christian Sosa. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This violation was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for all chemicals were not complete.
