30 March 2022 <br />Project No. 22-6800 <br />Page 3 of 15 <br />AdvancedGeo <br />An Employee -Owned Company <br />The proposed septic system is planned to be installed in the northwestern area of the <br />subject property (Figure 2). The proposed septic system will consist, at a minimum of a <br />1,200 -gallon septic tank with two compartments. The septic system will be connected to <br />the three-bedroom modular home planned to be developed on the property and will be <br />utilized 365 days a year. <br />3.1. EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br />No information about the existing septic system was on record at the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br />One liquid wastewater permit is on record at the EHD. EHD permit SR0048257 dated <br />September 2006 for the installation of a new water well at 10800 E West Ripon Road, <br />Ripon, California indicates the existing septic system is located to the north of the <br />residence. No other information was available (Appendix B). <br />3.2. SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br />There are no liquid wastewater septic permits on record at the EHD. <br />3.3. ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY <br />There are no septic wastewater repair permits on record at the EHD. <br />3.4. EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE IN THE GENERAL AREA <br />Neighboring properties are zoned for agricultural and residential land use. Several liquid <br />waste permits are on record at the EHD for installation of septic systems surrounding the <br />subject property. <br />3.5. GENERAL AREA SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br />The following is a summary of information based on new septic system installation permits <br />currently on file with EHD. <br />ADDRESS: 10858 West Ripon Road <br />LOCATION: Adjacent property to east <br />SEPTIC SYSTEM: 1) Permit date March 1998; new installation of septic system: 2,000 - <br />gallon concrete tank with two compartments, distribution box (D -Box), four 90 -foot -long <br />leach lines, and four 24 -inch diameter, 10 -foot -deep seepage pits; 2) Permit date <br />September 2006; new installation of septic system: 1,200 -gallon concrete tank with two <br />compartments, distribution box (D -Box), and 20 -foot by 36 -foot filter bed, 18 inches deep. <br />
