BIO-RAPTOR
MODULAR
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
TECHNICAL DATA
Treatment Process:
The Bio-Raptor Wastewater Treatment Plant is a "Secondary Biological"
wastewater treatment system. The treatment system is a unique combination of
an entire treatment plant package together with 7-H's "TC2K" computer software
technology process on the market.
The processes utilized as standard equipment— 10,000 gpd
• 3 Tanks, 2 Towers Bio Filtration, Treatment Process
• Primary Sedimentation
• Computer Control primary solid removal
• Computer control Recirculation System
• Computer Control intermediate solids removal
• Final Phase Separation System, Secondary Clarifier
• Aerobic Digester and Auto Decant System
• Computerized control and monitoring system with graphic displays
Operation and Maintenance Bio-Raptor
• Maintenance requires 5-7 man-hours per week
• Minimal training required to operate and maintain
• Operates on world power 120/160 or 240/50 volts and/or with diesel generator
• Treats domestic, commercial and light industrial waste sewage.
Life expectancy of coated steel parts is at least 50 years; stainless steel parts at least 99
years. All parts and components are accessible for replacement when needed.
Primary Sedimentation Units:
The primary sedimentation unit is a fixed integral part of the "fixed media bloc" system.
The unit is constructed of fiberglass. The operating level tank capacity is specific to the
treatment process.
Fixed Media Bloc System:
The fixed media bloc system is made up of individual media bloc systems. By patented
design they incorporate a unique "air flue" system. At the top of the interlocked media
bloc system a "flow dispersal bloc" is installed to apply waste.
