Incidental Take Minimization Measures(ITMMs)will be issued to the project and musl be signed by the <br /> project applicant prior to any ground disturbancebut no later than six(6)months Iiom receipl of 9ffie ITMMs. <br /> If ITMMs are not signed within six months,the applicant must reapply for SIMSCP Coverage. Upon receipt <br /> of signed ITMMs from project applicant,S1COG,Inc.staff will sign the ITMMs. ')'his is the effeclivc dale <br /> ofthelTMMs. <br /> 2. l!nder no circa nstance shall emund disturbance nceur without compliance and salisluclion of the ITMMs. <br /> 3. Upon issuance offully executed ITMMs and prior to any ground disturbance,the project applicant must: <br /> a. Post a bond for payment ofthe applicable SJMSCP fee covering the entirety ofthe project acreage <br /> being covered(the bond should he valid for no longer than a 6 month period);or <br /> h. Pay the appropriate SJMSCP lee for the entirely of the project acreage being covered;or <br /> c. Dedicate land in-lieu of Bees,eidrer as conservation easements or lice title;or <br /> d. Pur chase approvedmitigation bank credits. <br /> 4. Within 6 months from the effective date ofthe ITMMs or issuanceofa building permit,whicheyeroccurs <br /> first,the project applicant must: <br /> a. Pay the appropriate SJMSCP for the entirely ofthe project acreage being covered;or <br /> . . b. Dedicate land in-lieu of fees,either as conservation easements or fee tide;m' <br /> c.
