Lodi Unified School District : The subdivider shall enter into an agreement with the School District to enable the School District to utilize development fees for interim or permanent classroom facilities, or the subdivider shall pay school district fees as required by Sections 9-9280 through 9-9284 of the Planning Title. 6. Woodbridge Irrigation District : The subdivider shall make application to the District to exclude the subject property from the Woodbridge Water Users Conservation District . 7 . Pacific Gas and Electric Company: Ten-foot-wide public utility easements shall be provided on all street frontages within the subdivision and shall be dedicated when the final map is filed.
