Fire hydrants installed shall conform to the Standard <br /> American Water Works Association. They shall have two <br /> 2-1/2 inch outlets, one 4-1/2 inch pumper outlet , and one <br /> six-inch street main connection properly valved. A gate <br /> valve shall be provided between hydrants and street mains. <br /> Hydrants shall be designed so that if the hydrant is bro- <br /> ken off , the hydrant will remain closed. <br /> d. An engineered plan shown mains, valves , and hydrants shall <br /> be submitted to this office for approval prior to <br /> installation of the system. <br /> e. Fire hydrants shall be distributed not more than 400 feet <br /> apart or no more than 200 feet from the building to be <br /> protected. <br /> f . All cul-de-sacs shall not be less than a 50-foot radius in <br /> order to turn fire apparatus. Also, streets and water <br /> systems are to be in place and operating prior to the <br /> start of construction. <br /> g. Roofing material shall be of a noncombustible type in <br /> order to minimize fire hazards within the subdivision. <br /> 5 . Lodi Unified School District : <br /> The subdivider shall enter into an agreement with the School <br /> District to enable the School District to utilize development <br /> fees for interim or permanent classroom facilities, or the <br /> subdivider shall pay school district fees as required by <br /> Sections 9-9280 through 9-9284 of the Planning Title. <br /> 6. Woodbridge Irrigation District : <br /> The subdivider shall make application to the District to <br /> exclude the subject property from the Woodbridge Water Users <br /> Conservation District . <br /> 7 . Pacific Gas and Electric Company: <br /> Ten-foot-wide public utility easements shall be provided on <br /> all street frontages within the subdivision and shall be <br /> dedicated when the final map is filed. <br />
