The property shall annex to the <br /> Woodbridge Lighting District prior to the approval of the <br /> Final Map. <br /> o. All utilities shall be underground. <br /> 3 . Local Health District : <br /> a. A letter is required from the Woodbridge Sanitary District <br /> stating that they have the capacity to accept the sewage <br /> from this proposed development and that it will not <br /> violate existing waste discharge requirements of the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> b. A letter is required from the proposed water supplier <br /> stating that they have the capacity to serve the proposed <br /> development and that the system meets State standards . <br /> c. Any existing wells and septic systems are to be destroyed <br /> under permit and inspection of the Local Health District . <br /> 4 . Woodbridge Rural Fire Protection District : <br /> a. The required water supply for fire flow shall be 1500 <br /> gallons per minute for a duration of two hours minimum. <br /> Residual water pressure of 20 psi is required during flow. <br /> b.
