Box 26210 <br /> Oklahoma City, OK 73126 <br /> From: Alison Youngblood, REHS <br /> San Joaquin County, PHS-EHD <br /> Re: Love' s Country Stores of California #223 , SE corner of Jack <br /> Tone Road and Santos Road <br /> The proposed plan and application for permit to install new <br /> underground storage tanks at the above referenced location, was <br /> conditionally approved on November 20, 2000 . A third addendum to the <br /> plans was submitted on January 10, 2001. The list of conditions <br /> provided on November 20, 2000 is still valid. The addendum to the <br /> plan and permit application has been approved with the following <br /> conditions : <br /> 1 . The Red Jacket Constant Pressure Turbine (CPT) must be activated <br /> to act as a line leak detector at all times . <br /> 2 . According to the California Code of Regulations, Title 23 Section <br /> 2630 (d) the mechanical line leak detectors and the CPTs installed <br /> must be tested annually for operability. The results of those <br /> tests must be submitted to the Environmental Health Division <br /> (EHD) . <br /> 3 . If the facility does not have positive shutdown according to CCR <br /> section 2636 (8) an annual line tightness test is required. The <br /> CPT may perform the required annual line tightness test if all of <br /> the following apply: <br /> a. The system can test the line at a 0 . 1 gph test rate as <br /> outlined in CCR section 2636 (f) (4) . <br /> b. The system must provide a printout of the test results . <br /> c.
