The permit <br /> authorized the division of a one-acre parcel <br /> containing an existing residence so that a new <br /> residence could be constructed on the <br /> remaining acreage. Albert Macedo was the pro- <br /> perty owner. <br /> ° DL-69-156: This Minor Subdivision application implemented <br /> UP-4933 . <br /> ° PM-76-158 : A Minor Subdivision was approved by staff <br /> on March 24, 1976. The approval allowed the <br /> division of a + one-acre parcel under the <br /> retirement provisions of the GA zone. Albert <br /> Macedo was the property owner. <br /> PM-80-38 : A Minor Subdivision was approved by staff <br /> on October 24, 1979 . The approval allowed the <br /> division of a three-acre parcel under the <br /> financing for an owner-operator provisions of <br /> the GA zone. Harold Grimm, Jr. , was the pro- <br /> perty owner . The remainder was made " . . . not <br /> a building site. " <br /> ° PM-84-100 : This Minor Subdivision was approved by the <br /> Planning Commission on June 7 , 1984 . Staff <br /> recommended denial based on the prior history <br /> of homesite divisions on the property. The <br /> applicant, Don Moyer, argued that the property <br /> owners " . . .want to split off three acres so <br /> they can finance their retirement home. They <br /> purchased the property about six months ago. " <br /> When taking action to approve the homesite <br /> request , the Commission also removed the "not <br /> a building site" condition from the remainder <br /> parcel . W. and F. Rieger were the owners of <br /> the property. <br /> ° MS-86-65 : A Minor Subdivision was denied by the <br /> Planning Commission on May 1 , 1986 . Staff <br /> recommended denial based on the prior history <br />
