CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> DP-89-4 <br /> C. & V. Maridon <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the issuance of any building permits . <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> 1 . An Improvement Plan , prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer , <br /> showing drainage , driveway access details , on-site parking , and <br /> grading , shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works <br /> for approval . Drainage shall be retained on-site . <br /> 2 . The frontage improvements for Corral Hollow Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of <br /> an 84-foot right-of-way rural street . The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements may be deferred at the option of the <br /> Department of Public Works , in which event the owner shall <br /> execute a Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement prior to <br /> approval of the Improvement Plan and issuance of a Building <br /> Permit . (A $250 fee is required for processing per Ord . No. <br /> 3337 ) . <br /> 3. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> f22 <br /> Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Health District . <br /> . Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s ) under a <br /> 'permit and inspection by the Health District prior to <br /> occupancy. <br /> . The waste oil tank will require a hazardous waste generator <br /> permit from the Local Health District . <br /> NOTE : Contact the San Joaquin County Fire Warden's office for <br /> above-ground fuel tank requirements . <br /> BUILDING DIVISION <br /> 1 . The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division: <br /> a. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br />
