Hazelton Ave. <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />Dear Ms. Hudson: <br />AGRICULTURAL WASTE COLLECTION PERMIT VARIANCE FOR SAN JOAQUIN <br />COUNTY, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS PROPOSED FOR AUGUST 26, 1994. <br />The Department of Toxic Substances Control (Department) has <br />received your application dated August 4, 1994 for a permit <br />variance to conduct a one day Agricultural Chemical Collection <br />Program at Linden High School, located at 18527 East Front <br />Street, Linden, California and hereby grants this variance. <br />This variance allows you to accept manifested agricultural <br />chemical waste at the collection site between the hours of 9:00 <br />a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on August 26, 1994. <br />Your application packet <br />herein by reference, provided <br />office to grant this variance <br />Section 25143 (a) (2) (A). <br />OPERATOR AND AGENCY SPONSOR <br />of August 4, 1994, incorporated <br />the adequate information for this <br />pursuant to Health and Safety Code, <br />The San Joaquin County Department of Public Works, Solid <br />Waste Division, contact person, Alison Hudson, telephone number <br />(209) 468-3066, will be the operator and agency sponsor of this <br />project. <br />CONTRACTOR <br />Burlington Environmental, 5901 Christie Ave, Suite 501, <br />Emeryville, California, contact person, Janice Oldemeyer, <br />telephone number (510) 420-7920 will provide qualified personnel <br />to collect, sort, manifest, and package the waste brought to the <br />site, in environmentally safe and appropriately labeled <br />containers in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) <br />standards. <br />All hazardous waste collected will be removed from the <br />collection site by registered hazardous waste transporters within <br />144 hours after waste collection has ended. Waste will be <br />transported to an authorized and appropriate hazardous waste <br />
