shipment of all waste collected, to an approved treatment, storage and disposal <br />facility. <br />C. SITE CHARACTERIZATION: <br />All waste received will be handled within the designated hazardous <br />waste processing section of each collection site. Household products which <br />are similar to the materials detailed in the Material Safety Data Sheets <br />(MSDS) section of the Work Plan binder on-site, will be labpacked or <br />otherwise processed, in the hazardous waste handling area. These products <br />include paint, solvent, motor oil, hobby chemicals, cleaners, and pesticides. <br />PHILIP ENVIRONMENTAL does not accept explosives,:�-radioactive <br />materials, or biohazard wastes. <br />Products will be inspected in the vehicles, unloaded on carts, and <br />placed onto the final sorting tables. Waste classification, inventory, and <br />packing or processing will take place behind the final sorting table within the <br />hazardous waste section of the site. Hazardous sections of the site are any <br />sections covered by plastic ground cover. <br />All waste will be shipped at the end of the event to a PHILIP <br />ENVIRONMENTAL treatment, storage and disposal facility. All waste is <br />pre -approved for acceptance. In the event that the PHILIP TSDF is unable to <br />accept the waste for any reason, it will be sent to another approved treatment, <br />storage and disposal facility. <br />See also site maps for site location and layout. <br />D.
