Project Supervisor/Emergency coordinator- - Weston Bark -will <br />Has a bachelor degree in Environmental Studies and operation and site <br />management experience with household hazardous waste programs, corporate <br />safety programs, labpack services, and regulatory compliance. <br />The Project Supervisor handles the coordination of persons and <br />equipment needed to perform the various tasks laid out in the work plan and <br />directed by the Project Manager. Responsible for developing site-specific <br />Health and Safety Plans and reviewing all site layouts and Emergency <br />Response Plans. <br />4. Designated Site Supervisor/Site Safety Officer -- Weston Barkwill <br />This person oversees all aspects of the site operation. He or she can <br />stop any work at any time to insure the protection of all site personnel. This <br />Supervisor will also routinely verify employee and subcontractor compliance. <br />This person is responsible for all site health and safety matters. this <br />includes implementing the parts of this plan intended to protect the safety and <br />health of company and subcontractor employees. This person will insure that <br />all crew personnel have read the Health and Safety Plan and shall follow all of <br />the provisions specified in it. <br />5. Assistant Site Supervisor/Secondaryymer Emergency Coordinator - Cliff Hoskins <br />Has a bachelor degree in Political Science and a Hazardous Materials <br />Management Certificate and operation and site experience with household <br />hazardous waste programs, corporate safety programs, labpack services, and <br />regulatory compliance. <br />This person oversees all aspects of the site operation, and is <br />responsible for all site health and safety matters in event that the Site <br />Supervisor is unable to perform his/her duties. <br />6. Site Technicians <br />There will be 20-30 site technicians at the collection event. Technicians <br />have a minimum of 40 hours of hazardous waste health and safety training, as <br />well as field operation experience. They will also attend site safety and health <br />meetings in additional to the training specified in EA.. <br />IV -5 <br />
