REPORT PREPARATION <br /> <br />Upon completion of the proposed field work and receipt of final laboratory analysis, a site <br />assessment report will be prepared, summarizing this scope of work. Conclusions, <br />applicable recommendations, maps, cross-sections and an updated conceptual site <br />model will be included in the report. The report will be in a format acceptable to <br />CVRWQCB and will be reviewed and signed by a California Professional Geologist. <br />
