(AGI) has <br />prepared this Revised Work Plan Addendum (Addendum) for the property located at <br />17200 Murphy Parkway, Lathrop, California (site or subject property). This plan is an <br />addendum to the Revised Additional Site Assessment Work Plan (Revised Work Plan) <br />dated 17 December 2019. Additionally, this addendum was revised to address comments <br />in the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) letter dated <br />06 March 2020. <br /> <br />This Addendum was prepared to propose additional sampling locations at the site to <br />evaluate polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) impact to soil and groundwater. The additional <br />sampling locations were agreed upon during a site meeting on 05 February 2020 with <br />CVRWQCB staff, the property owner and AGI. <br /> <br />The site and the surrounding area are illustrated in Figure 1. A map depicting site features, <br />boring and well locations, and former waste cells is presented in Figure 2. A site plan <br />depicting the former power plant area with proposed sample locations and PCB results is <br />presented in Figure 3. Background information, tables summarizing analytical data, and <br />additional figures were presented in the Revised Work Plan. <br /> <br /> <br />PRE-FIELD WORK ACTIVITIES <br /> <br />Applicable drilling permits will be obtained from the San Joaquin County Environmental <br />Health Department (SJCEHD). In addition, a health and safety plan will be updated in <br />accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Guidance Manual for Hazardous Waste <br />Site Activities (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health Administration, U.S.
