4.0 GROUNDWATER INFORMATION SECTION <br />4.1 Description of the depth and gradient of groundwater in the general area: The depth to <br />ground water in this area is approximately 80 feet according to the map of "Lines of Equal Depth <br />to Groundwater" published Spring, 2018, by the San Joaquin County Flood and Water <br />Conservation District. The gradient descends from east to west. <br />4.2 Description/discussion of any existing and/or potential groundwater <br />contamination issues in the general location of the site: The concerns for groundwater <br />contamination in this area are deemed low due to the depths involved. Insecticides, pesticides, <br />and fertilizers typically do not significantly impact groundwater at these depths. This property <br />has not been farmed. <br />4.3 Description of location (address/APN), type and construction of well and location <br />(well head/kitchen tap) where water sample(s) were obtained: Water samples were taken <br />from a valve at the of the well at 5347 E. Hildreth Lane on February 4, 2022 by Mike Toy of <br />Dillon & Murphy. <br />4.4. Description of constituents being tested for in the water sample: The water samples are <br />being tested for nitrates and DBCP. <br />4.5 Description of how sample was obtained, handled, stored, and transported to the <br />lab: The water samples were obtained from a valve at the well at 5347 E. Hildreth Lane. The <br />samples were taken by Mike Toy of Dillon & Murphy, and driven directly to Precision Enviro- <br />Tech. The samples were taken and handled in accordance with Precision Enviro-Tech <br />requirements. The results from the test can be found in the Appendix. <br />4.6 Complete Chain of Custody document, including printed and signed name of third <br />party sampler, condition of sample and date and time the sample was submitted to the lab. <br />For Laboratory samplers, complete laboratory report to include the above noted <br />information: The complete chain of custody document is located in the Appendix. <br />5.0 SOIL PROFILE INFORMATION SECTION <br />5.1 Site map showing the location, with dimensions, of the soil profiled pit on the parcel. See <br />Appendix. <br />5.2 Description of soil profile pit including depth and dimensions. The shallow test holes <br />were prepared per County Standards. The holes were excavated to a depth of 42 inches and 6 <br />inches in diameter. The holes were backfilled with 2 inches of "pea gravel". <br />5.3 Description of soil lithology as noted from test pit by appropriate professional using <br />industry standard protocol. The Soil in this area is classified as Stockton Clay as stated in the <br />Soil Survey of San Joaquin County, as provided by the United States Department of Agriculture, <br />Soil Conservation Service. <br />
