Prior to receiving fuel a passing ELD test for the full system must be submitted to EHD in addition to the tests witnessed mentioned below. Usually we can do all j-p (minus 1) inspections in the same day. Please submit your inspection requests for the ELD tests and j-p (minus 1)to the UST email and they can put it on the calendar. After fuel has been approved and has been dropped into the tanks a full monitoring system certification and leak detector test on all tanks must be conducted prior to receiving approval to open. (all listed in the inspection on the approval letter). Thanks!
