SA-93-50 OF L
FRANK KLECKNER (C/O MOYER CONSULTING)
-----------------------------------------------------------------
This is a site approval to establish a wood pallet recycling
facility on a 10-acre parcel located on the east side of Hansen
Road, 4400 feet south of Schulte Road, south of the Safeway
Distribution Center.
The Community Development Department' s review of this item is
tentative due to the pending legal challenge regarding this
site' s General Plan and Zoning. The Community Development
Department will not approve this application until the legal
challenge is resolved. With that in mind, the Community
Development Department offers the following comments:
Proof of legal access for industrial purposes across the
California Aqueduct and the Southern Pacific Railroad is required
prior to project approval.
Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and
ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the
establishment of the use and the issuance of any building
permits.
This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval
unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with,
(2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain
in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have
been secured and remain in force.
Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory
Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance
Requirements cannot be modified.
