Development Committee -2- <br /> SA-93-50 <br /> Community Development Department <br /> a. 8 automobile parking spaces are required including_ one space <br /> for the physically handicapped. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015) <br /> b. 1 truck parking and loading space is required. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015. 6) . <br /> C. For truck entrances, gates shall remain open during business <br /> hours or shall be recessed from the property line a minimum <br /> of 65 feet to allow trucks to exit the road right-of-way <br /> before stopping to open the gate. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-505.7 [d] ) <br /> d. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall <br /> be paved and permanently maintained to provide a durable <br /> dust free surface. (Development Title Section 9-1015. 5[e] ) <br /> e. Trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with solid walls on <br /> three sides and gated on the fourth side. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1022 .4 [e] [3] ) <br /> f. Landscaping shall comply with Development Title Sections <br /> 9-1020.9 and 9-1020. 11. <br /> g. Submit a Site Improvement Plan showing landscaping, <br /> drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, existing <br /> and proposed utility services, and grading. The drainage <br /> pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan. Design and construct <br /> drainage improvements to County standards with the ability <br /> to connect to public system when available. A plan check <br /> fee will be required.
