Development Committee -2- <br /> SA-96-47 <br /> Note: If building issues are resolved without a building <br /> permit, then an Improvement Plan will be required. A <br /> fee is required for the Improvement Plan review. <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a pallet recycling <br /> facility as shown on the Plan submitted August 1, 1996. <br /> C. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved <br /> Business License prior to the initiation of the use. The <br /> Business License may be applied for concurrently with the <br /> building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County <br /> Ordinance Code) <br /> d. STORM DRAINAGE: Stormwater drainage shall be retained on- <br /> site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain <br /> improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage <br /> calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or <br /> architect shall be included. <br /> e. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply <br /> with the following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas, <br /> shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base <br /> material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or <br /> Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust <br /> free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015. 5) <br /> (2) A minimum of 8 parking spaces shall be provided, <br /> including 1 accessible space. (2 spaces are required <br /> for every 1, 000 feet of building area. . 5 spaces are <br /> required for every employee. ) (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015. 3) <br /> (4) Storage areas shall be surfaced with a minimum 4" <br /> aggregate base. <br /> f. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the <br /> following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot <br /> and security lighting shall be installed. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015 . 5[g] ) <br />
