(Development Title Section 9-1015.5[e]) (2) Storage areas shall be surfaced with a minimum 4-inch aggregate base. (3) A minimum of 17 parking spaces shall be provided, including one accessible space, which shall be van accessible. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). (2 spaces are required for every 1,000 feet of building area. .5 spaces are required for every employee.) (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) (4) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[d]) g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) Parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened from Hansen Road and enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred (100) feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent screen. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site Plan: (1) Access gates shall be recessed from the property line a minimum of sixty-five (65) feet or shall remain open during business hours. (2) Two-way driveways and aisles shall be a minimum of 25 feet wide. One-way driveways and aisles shall be a minimum of 16 feet wide. k. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be included on the Site Plan.
