(c/o Don Moyer Consulting) ------------------------------------------------------ Approved Application No. SA-93-50 is for a pallet recycling facility. This is one year time extension request and a request to modify Public Works Conditions of Approval Nos. 1, 5, and 11 and to eliminate Public Works Conditions 10 and 13 . The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and offers the following comments: In the attached letter of September 7, 1995, the Department of Public Works recommends revisions to conditions 1, 5, and 11. However, the revisions recommended by Public Works vary from those proposed by the applicant. Public Works also recommends that conditions 10 and 13 remain as they are. Public Works notes that condition 10 has already been met and condition 13 is a requirement of the I-G/S.8 zone. Condition no. 2 of this zone states: All individual industrial uses must meet the County Water Policy (Resolution R-91-973) . The Planning Commission is scheduled to take action on the Time Extension for Concrete Products (SA-93-49) on September 21, 1995. Because the issues for Concrete Products and Pallet Recyclers are similar, action on the request for a time extension will be continued until after the September 21, 1995 hearing.
