In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, <br /> are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted <br /> by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, <br /> Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186 . <br /> The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks . The official <br /> flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated <br /> when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Hansen Road has an existing right-of-way width of 45 feet and is <br /> intended to become a private road. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> TIME EXTENSION: <br /> Deny the Time Extension until the Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee has <br /> been paid. <br /> REVISION OF APPROVED ACTIONS• <br /> Proposed Condition No. 1 shall be revised as follows : <br /> 1. Hansen Road shall be improved to County Standards for a Rural <br /> Residential Road (24 feet wide) using a Traffic index of 8 . 0 from <br /> the northerly right-of-way line of the Southern Pacific Railroad <br /> to the north line of APN 209-110-10 . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150 .2 (a) ) <br />
