Located on the E. side of Hansen Rd. , 4 , 400, <br /> S. of Schulte Rd. , SW. of Tracy (District 5) . <br /> APPLICANT: Frank Kleckner APN: 209-230-21 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineates flood risks, flood plains, and floodways <br /> areas, are currently being re-evaluated. The re-evaluation is <br /> being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) , <br /> Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California, <br /> 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186. The re-evaluation may delineate <br /> additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for <br /> review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 E. Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the re-evaluation <br /> process is completed. <br /> Hansen Road has an existing right-of-way width of 45 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Hansen Road Extension shall be dedicated and improved to County <br /> Standards, using Traffic Index of 8 . 0 for a 50-foot <br /> right-of-way rural road from northerly right-of-way line of the <br /> Southern Pacific Railroad to the site and a 60-foot <br /> right-of-way local industrial road across the frontage of APN <br /> 209-230-21. The improvement and dedication requirements for <br /> the bridge across the California Aqueduct shall be in <br /> accordance with the requirements imposed by the State of <br /> California, Department of Water Resources. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 2) <br /> 1 <br />
