Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) <br /> 3 . A Preliminary Soils Report is required in accordance with <br /> the County Standards for the purpose of determining the <br /> R-Value for the design of the roads. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 2) <br /> 4 . All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the Manual <br /> on Uniform Traffic Control Devices and San Joaquin County <br /> Standards, and shall be shown on the improvement plans. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150 . 2) <br /> 5. The project shall be served by a terminal drainage system <br /> which meets the requirements of the County when such service <br /> becomes available The project shall be designed to provide <br /> adequate drainage for the development, which has the ability to <br /> be connected to a terminal drainage system. A feasibility <br /> study to determine if there is capacity in the storm drainage <br /> system for County Service Area No. 50 to serve this project <br /> will be required. A $200. 00 fee for the study shall be <br /> required. (Development Title Section 9-1135.5) <br /> 6. The project shall be served by a public water system <br /> conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and <br /> the Department of Public Works when such service becomes <br /> available. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and <br /> treatment system constructed in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Services Division and the Department of Public <br /> Works when such service becomes available. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105. 5) <br /> 8 . Street lighting shall be provided for the development. The <br /> project shall annex to County Service Area No. 49 for the <br /> operation and maintenance of the street lighting facilities. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 11) <br /> 9 . The property shall annex to County Service Area No. 50 prior to <br /> approval of the Improvement Plan to provide for the operation, <br /> maintenance, and improvement of storm drainage, water, <br /> sanitary facilities when these facilities are available. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1100. 4) <br /> 2 <br />
