Chapter III
PRODUCTS,MEETINGS AND SCHEDULE
P P P
A. Products
We will submit the following products to the County:
1. Administrative Draft IS/MND: 5 bound and 1 unbound copy to County
2. Screencheck Draft: 1 copy to County
3. Draft IS/MND: 50 bound and 1 unbound copy to County*
4. PDF version of Initial Study for County's website
*A master,camera-ready copy for printing of all final documents and a diskette will be submitted to the County.
B. Meetings and Hearings
Amy Skewes-Cox will attend two public hearings and up to four meetings with the County.
Optional meetings could be attended on a time-and-materials basis. One site visit is also included.
C. Schedule
Our proposed work schedule for the IS/MND is shown in Table 1. However, we remain flexible
and are willing to revise the schedule to meet the County's needs should this be necessary. Com-
pliance with this schedule is highly dependent on the timely submittal of materials by all EIR team
members, and review by County staff. The schedule below assumes a start date of August 1,
2006. The main determinant for the schedule is the fact that 12 to 14 weeks are required for the
TJKM traffic analysis and Ms. Skewes-Cox is on vacation from June 21 to 26, July 3-7 and July
17 to 31. Therefore, much of the Initial Study is assumed to be done after August 1, 2006. During
her absence, her colleague, Ms.Natalie Maoris, can be contacted if questions arise.
07/17/06 13
