Dear Mr. Martin: SJCOG, Inc. has reviewed applications PA-0400565;66;67. This project involves approval for 3 major subdivisions that allow; Low, Medium,and High Density housing,Neighborhood Parks,a Regional Park, Commercial Recreation, a Community Commercial lot, a General Commercial lot, a golf course, Open Space and Dry Creek Improvements, Water Treatment Plant Facilities, and, two K-8 School Sites. The project is located within the Mountain House Community, which is located in the southwestern portion of San Joaquin County,approximately 3 '/z miles west of the City of Tracy. The locations of the different parts of the project are described as follows: Major Subdivision Application No. PA-0400567(Neighborhood C) is located immediately north of Grant Line Rd. and adjacent to the Alameda County/San Joaquin County line; Major Subdivision Application No. PA-0400566 (Neighborhood H) is located immediately south of Byron Rd. and adjacent to the Alameda County/San Joaquin County line; and Major Subdivision Application No. PA-0400565 (Neighborhoods I&J) is located immediately north of Byron Rd. and adjacent to the Alameda County/San Joaquin County line.
