This project involves approval for 3 <br /> major subdivisions that allow; Low, Medium,and High Density housing,Neighborhood Parks,a <br /> Regional Park, Commercial Recreation, a Community Commercial lot, a General Commercial <br /> lot, a golf course, Open Space and Dry Creek Improvements, Water Treatment Plant Facilities, <br /> and, two K-8 School Sites. The project is located within the Mountain House Community, which <br /> is located in the southwestern portion of San Joaquin County,approximately 3 '/z miles west of <br /> the City of Tracy. The locations of the different parts of the project are described as follows: <br /> Major Subdivision Application No. PA-0400567(Neighborhood C) is located immediately north <br /> of Grant Line Rd. and adjacent to the Alameda County/San Joaquin County line; Major <br /> Subdivision Application No. PA-0400566 (Neighborhood H) is located immediately south of <br /> Byron Rd. and adjacent to the Alameda County/San Joaquin County line; and Major <br /> Subdivision Application No. PA-0400565 (Neighborhoods I&J) is located immediately north of <br /> Byron Rd. and adjacent to the Alameda County/San Joaquin County line. <br />
