Phase 2 <br /> includes the construction of a 6,000 square foot expansion to the women's health <br /> facility, a 28,000 square foot medical office building, a 140,000 square foot <br /> hospital with 100 beds, an emergency heliport landing area and a 4,000 square <br /> foot physical plant; located on the east side of West Lane, 460 feet north of Eight <br /> Mile Road, north of Stockton. <br /> (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Jasbir S.
