-3- <br /> PA-1900240 (SA) <br /> 8) A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 9) The developer shall provide drainage facilities in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards. Retention basins shall be fenced with six (6) foot high chain link <br /> fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention <br /> basin capacity shall be calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and <br /> approval, prior to release of building permit. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 10) Access to Eight Mile Road shall be in accordance with the Eight Mile Road Specific Road <br /> Plan. <br /> 11) Ham Lane, from Eight Mile Road north to the project site, shall be improved (widened) in <br /> conformance with the standards for one-half of a 60-foot wide rural collector road. The <br /> improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards of the <br /> County of San Joaquin. Improvement plans, specifications and engineer's estimate <br /> prepared by a registered civil engineer shall be submitted for review and are subject to <br /> plan check, field inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin <br /> Department of Public Works prior to issuance of the building permit. (Development Title <br /> Sections 9-240, 9-910, 9-1150.2, 9-1150.16) <br /> 12) A City of Stockton encroachment permit shall be required for all work within City right-of- <br /> way. A copy of the permit shall be submitted to County Public Works for the file. <br /> 13) Prior to issuance of the building permit the applicant shall improve the intersection of State <br /> Route 99 East Frontage Road and the State Route 99 Northbound ramps to an all-way <br /> stop-control intersection. <br /> 14) Prior to issuance of the building permit the applicant shall construct a second northbound- <br /> to-westbound left turn lane at the intersection of West Lane and Eight Mile Road. A copy <br /> of the City of Stockton encroachment permit and plans shall be submitted to County Public <br /> Works for the file. <br /> 15) Prior to issuance of the building permit the applicant shall signalize the intersection of <br /> Eight Mile Road and Ham Lane.
