Jack Verderame submitted an application dated March 6, 1996, to San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department to operate a public <br /> water system. The application was submitted in accordance with California <br /> Health and Safety Code, Section 116525. <br /> 2. This public water system is known as the French Camp Golf Course Water <br /> System whose headquarters is located at 3919 E French Camp Rd, French <br /> Camp, CA. <br /> 3. The legal owner of the French Camp Golf Course Water System is Jack <br /> Verderame. Jack Verderame, therefore, is responsible for compliance with <br /> all statutory and regulatory drinking water requirements and the conditions set <br /> forth in this permit. <br /> 4. The public water system for which the permit application has been submitted <br /> is as described briefly below: <br /> This is a transient water system that serves about 100 service <br /> connections for a golf course and RV park. The system consists of two <br /> wells, one hydropneumatic pressure tank, and distribution lines. The well <br /> provides water for domestic and irrigation uses. <br />
