The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has <br /> evaluated all of the information submitted by the Jack Verderame and has <br /> conducted a physical investigation of the French Camp Golf Course Water <br /> System. <br /> 3. The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has <br /> delegated authority to issue domestic water supply permits pursuant to Health <br /> and Safety Code Section 116540. <br /> THEREFORE: The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has <br /> determined the following: <br /> 1. The French Camp Golf Course Water System meets the criteria for and is <br /> hereby classified as a transient water system. <br /> 2. The applicant has demonstrated that the French Camp Golf Course Water <br /> System has sufficient source capacity to serve the anticipated water demand <br /> for at least ten years. <br /> 3. The design of the water system complies with the Water Works Standards <br /> and all applicable regulations. <br /> 4. The applicant has demonstrated adequate technical, managerial, and <br /> financial capacity to reliably operate the water system. <br /> 5. Provided the following conditions are complied with, the French Camp Golf <br /> Course Water System should be capable of providing water to consumers <br /> that is pure, wholesome, and potable and in compliance with statutory and <br /> regulatory drinking water requirements at all times. <br /> JACK VERDERA ME IS HERESY ISSUED THIS DOMESTIC WATER <br /> SUPPLY PERMIT TO OPERATE THE FRENCH CAMP GOLF COURSE <br /> WATER SYSTEM. <br /> - 2- <br />
