The French Camp Golf Course Wafer System shall comply with the following permit <br /> conditions: <br /> PERMIT CONDITIONS <br /> 1. The French Camp Golf Course Water System shall comply with all the <br /> requirements set forth in the California Safe Drinking Water Act, California Health <br /> and Safety Code and any regulations or standards adopted thereunder. <br /> 2. The only sources approved for potable water supply are as follows: <br /> Source PS Code Status Capacity Comments <br /> Well #1 3901377-001 Active <br /> Well #2 3901377-007 Standby <br /> r <br /> 3. The approved treatment include the following processes: <br /> Facili P.S. Code Treatment Location/Remark <br /> none <br /> 4. No changes, additions, or modifications shall be made to the sources or <br /> treatment mentioned in Conditions 2 and 3 unless an amended water permit has <br /> first been obtained from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> 5. All water supplied by the French Camp Golf Course Water System for <br /> domestic purposes shall meet all Maximum Contaminant Levels (MCL) <br /> established by the State Department of Health Services. if the water quality does <br /> not comply with the California Drinking Water Standards, treatment shall be <br /> provided to meet standards. <br /> 6. The French Camp Goff Course Water System shall comply with Title 22 of the <br /> California Code of Regulations (CCR), to prevent the water system from being <br /> contaminated from possible cross-connections. The French Camp Golf Course <br /> Water System shall maintain a program for the protection of the domestic water <br /> system against backflow from premises having dual or unsafe water systems in <br /> accordance with Title 22. All backflow prevention devices shall be tested <br /> annually. <br /> This permit supersedes all previous domestic water supply permits issued for this public <br /> water system and shall remain in effect unless and until it is amended, revised, <br /> reissued, or declared to be null and void by the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> - 3- <br />
