ELECTRONIC ANNUAL REPORT
7 California Department of Public Health has implemented an electronic process for
submitting a mandatory report, called the Electronic Annual Report to the Drinking
Water Program. The report can be accessed and completed through a website on the
internet called the DRINC. Portal (http://drine.ca.gov/ear/). The French Camp Golf
Course Water System shall submit a completed Electronic Annual Report by July
1st of each Year.
BACTERIOLOGICAL MONITORING
8 A procedural violation will be issued to the French Camp Golf Course Water System, if
the EHD does not receive acceptable Routine or Repeat samples results by the lath of
the following month of the required monitoring event. Any Routine or Repeat sample
result reported to have detectable chlorine levels above 0.05 parts per million (ppm) will
not be accepted by the EHD.
9 The EHD will only accept Routine and Repeat samples that have chlorine residuals
reported on the laboratory report above 0.05 parts per million (ppm), if the French
Camp Golf Course Water System has prior approval from the EHD to use a
chlorination feed system.
10 All four Repeat sample results shall be enumerated and chlorine residuals of each
sample reported on the laboratory report. Any Repeat sample result submitted that is not
enumerated or fails to report the chlorine residual reported or will not be accepted by
the EHD.
11 All five Routine samples collected in a month, following the month of a positive Routine
sample result, shall be enumerated and chlorine residuals reported of each sample
reported. Any one of the five Routine sample results submitted that is not enumerated
or fails to report the chlorine residual will not be accepted by the EHD.
12 All Routine and Repeat sample results that are found to beosp itive for the presence of
coliform bacteria, whether they are acceptable or not acceptable, will be used by the
EHD to determine if the French Camp Golf Course Water System is in compliance
with the drinking water standards for bacteria
OUT OF SERVICE WELLS
13 The French Camp Golf Course Water System shall obtain an Out of Service Well
Permit from EHD for any well that is no longer used and is inactive. The Out of Service
Well Permit is valid for one year. A well that is inactive for longer than one year is
defined as an abandoned well, per the California Well Standards and the San Joaquin
County Well Standards, All abandoned wells shall be destroyed under permit and
inspection from the EHD, unless the French Camp Golf Course Water System
demonstrates to the EHD that the well will become active and the well is not a conduit
for contaminants to migrate and degrade the ground water.
IMI
