The project site is located on the north Side <br /> of State Route 12,900 feet west of Trcthcway Road, northwest of Lockeford. <br /> We have circulated this project to our functional units and have the following comments: <br /> Traffic Operatic <br /> 1. The existing driveway connection to State Route 12 will need to be improved to <br /> commercial driveway standards and shall conform to Caltrans standards„ <br /> 2_ An encroachment permit will need to be submitted to Caltrans. <br /> 3. The submitted site plans are signed by a registered Landscape Architect and the plans <br /> do not show the driveway connection to SR-12. Existing pavement widths and <br /> striping, as well as proposed driveway details,will need to be submitted with <br /> encroachment permit application. The plans will need to be signed by a registered <br /> Professional Engineer. <br /> Permits <br /> i <br /> 1.
