There are existing utility lines (low aerial lines along the state highway) that may be <br /> impacted by the location of the new road access and vertical clearance for larger <br /> trucks. <br /> I The existing asphalt road connection to State Route 12 should be upgraded to meet <br /> current Highway Design Manual Standards. <br /> 4. Right of way dedication should be required to meet minimum right of way width for <br /> the planned 20 year State Facility. <br /> 5. The proponent will need a permit from the State for any work done in the State Right <br /> of Way. <br /> Hydraulics <br /> The proposed project will increase the run off water and may over the capacity of the <br /> existing retention pond. A complete grading and drainage plan will need to be submitted <br /> to our office for review and approval. <br /> Environmental <br /> The approval of site development permits and the issuance of zoning variances and <br /> conditional use permits are subject to CEQA; therefore, an appropriate environmental <br /> document must be completed prior to project approval.
