The design of the subdivision or the type of improvements will not conflict with easements <br /> acquired by the public at large for access through or use of property within the proposed <br /> subdivision. <br /> • This finding can be made because there are no public easements on this property. <br /> 8. Any land or improvement to be dedicated to the County is consistent with the General Plan and <br /> any applicable Specific Plan,Special Purpose Plan, and any other applicable plan adopted by the <br /> Board of Supervisors. <br /> • This finding can be made because all land or Improvements to be dedicated, <br /> including Cal Stop Circle and Cal Court, will meet County requirements. <br /> 9. The design of the subdivision provides,to the extent feasible,for future passive or natural heating <br /> or cooling opportunities in the subdivision, as required by Government Code 66473.1. <br /> • This finding can be made because the lots are large enough so that Individual <br /> buildings can be situated to take advantage of solar orientation. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> This project is a Major Subdivision of 13 acres to create 13 freeway commercial lots ranging in size from <br /> .5 acres to 2.0 acres. Public water, sewage disposal, and drainage are to be provided by County Service <br /> Area (CSA) No.31. Access is provided by Thornton Road, Cal Stop Circle, and Cal Court. No underlying <br /> projects have been proposed. This project is an extension of the Saddle City Freeway Service area <br /> located just south of this site. <br />
