Any future interchange requirements from Caltrans shall be considered in the design and layout of lots, streets, and other facilities. S. Water meters shall be installed on all water services. (Board of Supervisors Order 6-91- 650) t. An Offer of Dedication of groundwater rights is required. 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. (Ordinance Code Section 9-10002) b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. The test well will be required to meet the following: (1) The water quality shall be tested to meet Title 22, CCR requirements (Safe Drinking Water Act). (2) The water quantity shall be tested to show an adequate source. (3) The results shall be approved by the Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public Works prior to final approval of the improvement plans. 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or filling of earth material. b. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U.B.C., Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006(1). C. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall details shall be submitted where applicable.
