0.0 There are two wells on the property: The well to the south, as noted on the Site Plan, has a 6" casing. There is no pump or electrical service to this well and it is anticipated it will be designated and used as a Public Well if Phase II is completed. Therefore, a 200 ft setback radius has been denoted on the Site Plan. The second well is near the north portion of the subject property, and was sampled for this Study. It is unknown if this well will serve Phase I of the project. Test results reveal an 8.91 nitrate-nitrogen concentration. The agrichemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP)was determined to be Non Detect(ND). These domestic water test results are found in Appendix E. E. CLIMATIC DATA: RAINFALL VS. EVAPOTRANSPIRATION NLS§3.2. NLS§3.2. The filter bed for the project has been designed to take advantage of evapotranspiration.
