Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new <br /> development constructed when any portion of an exterior wall <br /> of the first story is located more than 150 feet from the <br /> public access road. This road shall be constructed to meet or <br /> exceed standards published in Public Work design standards <br /> (Sec. 10. 203 UFC) .
