SA-93-47 OF TRIPLE "E" <br /> PRODUCE CORPORATION (C/O ADVANCED DESIGN GROUP, INC. ) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This project is to expand an existing agricultural processing and <br /> cold storage facility. The existing facility includes 67 , 675 <br /> square feet of building area on 5. 7 acres. This proposal will <br /> add 99 , 330 square feet of building and 20. 2 acres in phases. <br /> This site is located on the south side of Linne Road, 2 , 000 feet <br /> east of Mac Arthur Drive, south of Tracy. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the <br /> establishment of the use and the issuance of any building <br /> permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Community Development Department <br /> a. This approval is for the construction of five additional <br /> cold storage and processing buildings as shown on the site <br /> plan submitted December 3 , 1993 . This project may be <br /> completed in phases. For the final phase, all Conditions of <br /> Approval shall be complied with, all necessary building <br /> permits shall be secured, and all necessary permits form <br /> other agencies shall be secured prior to January 31, 1997 . <br />
