Development Committee -2- <br /> SA-93-47 <br /> b. 125 automobile parking spaces are required including four <br /> spaces for the physically handicapped. Each phase shall <br /> include one space for every two employees plus one space for <br /> every 2, 000 square feet of building area. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.9) <br /> C. For truck entrances, gates shall remain open during business <br /> hours or shall be recessed 65 feet from the property line to <br /> allow trucks to exit the road right-of-way before stopping <br /> to open the gate. (9-505.7 [d] ) <br /> d. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall <br /> be paved and permanently maintained to provide a durable <br /> dust free surface. (Development Title Section 9-1015) <br /> e. Landscaping shall comply with the requirements of Sections <br /> 9-1020. 6 and 9-1020.9 of the Development Title. Areas which <br /> are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic. <br /> f. Storage areas shall be screened as required by Section <br /> 9-1022 . 4 (e) (2) of the Development Title. Outdoor storage <br /> areas shall be surfaced so as to limit dust. <br /> g. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the <br /> premises. No spillover beyond the property line shall be <br /> permitted. (9-1015.5[g] [4] ) <br /> h. Submit a Master Site Improvement Plan showing landscaping, <br /> drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, existing <br /> and proposed utility services, and grading for the complete <br /> project. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain <br /> improvements shall be shown on the Site Improvement Plan. <br /> For the first phase, a Site Improvement Plan for that phase <br /> and all existing improvements shall be submitted. For each <br /> subsequent phase, a new site plan shall be submitted which <br /> includes all previous phases and is consistent with the <br /> Master Site Improvement Plan.
