building permits or the beginning of any construction. <br /> C. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The spaces shall be located as close <br /> as possible to the primary entrance. (CCR, Title 24) <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the`tow away' sign, <br /> at each entrance or visible from each space. (CCR, Title 24) <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot. (CCR, Title 24) <br /> d. Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new development constructed when <br /> any portion of an exterior wall of the first story is located more than 150 feet from the <br /> public access road. This road shall be constructed to meet or exceed Public Works <br /> design standards (Section 10.203, UFC).
