The'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'for Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-93-63 shall <br /> be recorded. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> (See the attached memo from Public Works dated January 5, 1994.) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> (See the attached memo from Public Health dated January 3, 1994.) <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements <br /> will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The proposed building shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system <br /> or divided into areas less than 6,000 square feet by area separation walls. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements. (CCR,Title <br /> 24) <br /> (3) The proposed project is located within an expansive soil area where a <br /> conventional foundation may not be suitable. Therefore, an engineer is required <br /> to evaluate the foundation design. <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it shall be approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material: <br /> (1) The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the UBC, Appendix, <br /> Chapter 70, Section 7006(1). <br /> (2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the <br /> adjacent parcels. Retaining wall details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> (3) Grading in excess of 5,000 cubic yards shall comply with Section 7014 for <br /> 'Engineered Grading Requirements.' <br /> (4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incorporated in the grading <br /> plans. <br /> (5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a foundation inspection. <br /> (6) All grading permits are subject to approval by the other departments. <br /> (7) All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved prior to issuance of any <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - SA-93-47 <br />
