The proposed parcels appear suitable for a standard septic
system with a filter bed. No ground water was encountered in any of the borings drilled on the
property. No well exists on the property, therefore,no water sample was collected for water quality
analysis.
8.0 LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and
proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at the
time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed that the test
holes and percolation test results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area.
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed in
accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
