Airport Way, Stockton APN: 177-260-34 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area designated as Zone AO. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be <br /> approximately 1 foot NAVD 1988. <br /> Airport Way is under Stockton Metropolitan Airport jurisdiction. <br /> Arch-Airport Way has an existing and planned right-of-way per the City of Stockton. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1) The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record.
