-2- <br /> PA-2200096 (IP) <br /> 3) A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 4) Prior to release of the building permit all new construction and the substantial <br /> improvement of any structure or tanks in the area of special flood hazard shall be elevated <br /> or floodproofed in accordance to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 9-1605.12 <br /> (a), (b) and (c). Plans and calculations shall be submitted and approved by the Public <br /> Works Department—Water Resources Division (209-468-9360). <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> i) The project will enact appropriate source control BMPs to prevent the discharge of <br /> trash and other construction related pollutants offsite. <br /> ii) Wastewater (including wash waters) shall NOT be allowed to discharge to the ground <br /> surface or into the County's or onsite storm drainage systems. <br /> iii) If project does disturb over one (1) acre, coverage under the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board Construction General Permit will be required. <br /> iv) Read and follow the Small Site SWPPP where appropriate for your project. This is not <br /> asking to create a SWPPP, but to follow the guidelines in the supporting document that <br /> relate to your project. <br /> CH:DS <br />
