The vacuum zone table on plans page FT-7 is not accurate: <br /> a. The table states the turbine, fill, and dispenser sumps will be vacuum-monitored. However, the notes <br /> section on plans page FT-7 states all tank top sumps will be brine-monitored, and the plans also indicate <br /> the dispenser sumps will be brine-monitored. <br /> b. The table states the vacuum piping(primary chase piping) will be vacuum-monitored. However, primary <br /> chase piping is not typically vacuum-monitored, as it simply serves as a tunnel to get the vacuum cord <br /> from the turbine sump to the fill sump. [The vacuum piping annular(secondary chase piping), on the <br /> other hand, is typically vacuum-monitored, as stated on the table]. <br /> 2. Page 3 of the Application for Underground Storage Tank(UST) Installation Permit(application): Contractor <br /> information and Fire Permit information were not included. <br /> 3. Page 3 of the application:the certification statement regarding worker's compensation laws of California was <br /> not signed by the owner or contractor. <br /> 4.
