CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> UP-90-5 <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to approval of building permits . <br /> 1 . Department of Public Health Services : <br /> a. Show on revised plans or improvement plans a well location <br /> for future use if the property is ever sold. <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> c . Any existing wells or septic tanks must be destroyed under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. Prior to occupany, construct an individual sewage disposal <br /> system under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> e . State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum <br /> number of employees for whom the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed. <br /> f . Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed, and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaauin County Ordinance No . 877 <br /> and 1481 , Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 of the California Government <br /> Code , and Title 14 , CCR. <br /> g. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through <br /> a sand/oil separator and discharged to an above-ground <br /> system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> This system must be designed by a registered engineer . <br /> The applicant must file an application for facility per- <br /> mit/waste discharge with the California Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region. The appli- <br /> cation forms can be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> h. If hazardous material is stored on-site, the applicant <br /> must register with the County Office of Emergency <br /> Services. <br /> i . Prior to the beginning of construction, submit three sets <br /> of food facility construction plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Division for review and approval . <br /> j . An Environmental Health Permit for the facility will be <br /> required from the Environmental Health Division. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 1 - (UP-90-5 ) <br />
