It is <br /> moderately to highly toxic to coldwater fish species and moderately toxic to honeybees. <br /> According to EXTOXNET, many products containing cypermethrin are classified as Restricted �- <br /> Use Pesticides (RUP) by the EPA because of cypermethrin's toxicity to fish. Cypermethrin is <br /> classified toxicity class II - moderately toxic. Some formulations are toxicity class III - slightly <br /> toxic. In aerobic conditions, its soil half-life is 4 days to 8 weeks. <br /> According to EXTOXNET, lambda cyhalothrin is a synthetic py throid insecticide and acaricide <br /> used to control a wide range of pests. It is moderately toxic,,(n the technical form, but may be <br /> highly toxic via some routes in formulation. Lambda cyhai6thrin is moderately persistent in the <br /> soil environment, with a field half-life close to 30-clays in most soils. <br /> 3.1.5 Water Supply and Sewage Disposal System <br /> The EHD well and septic permit files were searched on November 15, 2007 in an effort to <br /> obtain copies of permits for any water wells or septic tanks on the subject property; no permits <br /> were found. <br /> 3.1.6 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources <br /> The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) well map 60613 was <br /> reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property. Two wells <br /> are depicted within one-quarter mile of the subject property. Both were dry holes and <br /> abandoned. <br /> 3.1.7 Site Reconnaissance <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conduc d ph Novembe)B. Blue-PCB-Free , <br /> stickers were observed. No leaking or staining was observed. <br /> Surrounding properties were surveyed at the time of the site reconnaissance. To the north of <br /> the subject property was vacant land. To the south was Linne Road, then agricultural fields and <br /> a residence. To the east was Interstate 5.
