S-83-5 <br /> -�, Q,;�PF TOKAY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY AND APPROVING 24 MONTH EXTENSION <br /> �. 00 _j� R <br /> OF VARIANCE APPLICATION V-82-36 <br /> c h^ <br /> � H�.. WHEREAS, on May 19, 1983, the Planning Commission of the <br /> tu''County of San Joaquin, did conditionally approve Subdivision Map <br /> � No. S-83-5 of TOKAY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (c/o Baumbach and Piazza) <br /> for a 134 lot residential subdivision, located on the south side <br /> of Woodbridge Road, west of Woodside Drive, Woodbridge, County of <br /> San Joaquin; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 7, 1983, this Board of Supervisors did <br /> set the date of July 7, 1983, at the hour of 10 :45 a.m. for <br /> a public hearing on said matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on this date this Board of Supervisors did conduct <br /> a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was given <br /> in accordance with law, and oral or documentary evidence having <br /> been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this <br /> Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that Variance Application No. V-82-36, approved on January 14, <br /> 1982, be, and it hereby is, extended for a period of 24 months; <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Subdivision Map No. S-83-5 of <br /> TOKAY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY be, and it hereby is, conditionally <br /> approved as follows: <br /> 1 . A. All improvements shall conform with the Improve- <br /> ment Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> All improvement plans and specifications must be approved by the <br /> San Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to approval <br /> of the Final Map. <br /> B. If improvements referred to herein are not com- <br /> pleted prior to the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider <br /> shall execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin insuring <br /> the completion of improvements within one (1) year after filing <br /> the Final Map. <br /> C. Full street improvements in compliance with <br /> Section 9-1612 of Ordinance 2634 and with Ordinance 672, including <br />
